At Gulnihal, we accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- An item can be exchanged only if it is damaged, faulty, or not as shown in the picture.
- The customer must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, tags intact, and packaging in original condition.
To initiate an exchange:
- Make a video while opening the parcel. This is required for any claims related to damage or missing items. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
- Contact our customer service at +92 302 5461293 or email jewelsgulnihal@gmail.com with your order details and issue.
- If approved, the customer must send the item back using Pakistan Post courier service to the address provided by our team.
Important Notes:
- For exchange requests where there is no fault on Gulnihal’s part, the customer must pay both-way delivery charges.
- Exchange is available only within Pakistan.
- A replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.
