At Gulnihal Jewels, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns, except in rare cases where:

  • A broken item is received in an international order
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours with clear photographic evidence

For international orders, we share photos/videos before dispatch. Exchanges may be offered only in case of incorrect items, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

For local (Pakistan-based) orders, if a product is damaged or the wrong size is sent due to our error, we offer a free exchange. Claims must be made within 24 hours, with photos, and the item must be unworn and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized items (including size, color, or design)
  • Sale items (unless an incorrect item was delivered)
  • Orders not claimed within the timeframe or policy terms
  • As a company policy, we do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.

If a wrong bangle or ring size is ordered by the customer, it may be exchanged (same product only) if we are informed within 24 hours of delivery. Return must be shipped the same day. Items must be unworn and in original condition. If the condition is compromised, a 25%–50% deduction may apply.

Customs duties, if applicable during delivery, are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for wear-related damage, tarnishing, or color fading over time.
