COD is available in major cities across Pakistan.

Delivery Time:

• Free shipping on orders above RS. 20,000

Advance Payment Policy

To ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment, the following advance payment guidelines apply:

• Standard Orders: 20% advance required at the time of booking
• Orders above Rs. 10,000: 50% advance required; the remaining balance is payable via COD
• Customized & Pre-Orders: 50% advance required for confirmation. In some cases, full advance may be requested
• Delivery Timeline for Customized Orders: May take 4–5 weeks after confirmation and initial payment
• Special Address Requirements: Orders placed to addresses without house or street numbers, or to hostels/hospitals, require 50% advance
• Remote Areas: COD is not available for villages or remote areas outside courier coverage. These orders may require 25% to full advance
